Flying Sparks as a series has sold more than 5,000 copies and made more than $100,000. These are incredible numbers very few people in indie comics ever get to boast about. And it's all because of your tremendous support. 

When I started Flying Sparks, I was just a guy who was upset that the latest iteration of Batgirl was canceled, and DC Comics was erasing a lot of their continuity without any explanation. It felt like an insult as a reader. I'd spent hundreds of dollars reading dozens of issues and now the books just never happened?

Instead of just complaining, I set out to create my own. A world where the stories mattered. Characters developed. The heroes had their journies and their stories. We succeeded in doing that in a planned storyline that culminated in 15 issues, which eventually became 5 volumes (360 pages!). A lot of Marvel/DC new titles never make it that far. 

It doesn't get a ton of media attention, but the word of mouth spreads about how good this series is with every volume. And I have you to thank for that.

Flying Sparks Companion has 80 pages of our beloved characters and completes the Flying Sparks experience. Please share this out so people can find it, as we're on a small, independent platform which doesn't get a lot of foot traffic. It's all word of mouth that will sell this campaign.
