Looks like those rules eliminate Trump and the Repubs from participation!
“So I will come to put you on trial. I will be quick to testify against sorcerers, adulterers and perjurers, against those who defraud laborers of their wages, who oppress the widows and the fatherless, and deprive the foreigners among you of justice, but do not fear me,” says the Lord Almighty.“ — Malachi 3:5

Of course you are just trolling, but it is still worthwhile to point out that the Democrat party is the party that has made cutting up babies the cine-qua-non of their platform & leaders, and celebrate that horrid practice as their largest civil rights victory.

Please stop bearing false witness.
First, I am not actually trolling. I’m simply holding Jon to a higher standard of honesty than he holds himself to.
Second, pre-viability fetuses **are not babies**.
In reality, there is not a single passage in the Bible that equates abortion with murder. In fact, at one point in the Bible, God actually instructs Moses on how to teach priests to perform abortions.
“The priest is to write these curses on a scroll and then wash them off into the bitter water. He shall make the woman drink the bitter water that brings a curse, and this water that brings a curse and causes bitter suffering will enter her. … The priest is then to take a handful of the grain offering as a memorial[e] offering and burn it on the altar; after that, he is to have the woman drink the water. If she has made herself impure and been unfaithful to her husband, this will be the result: When she is made to drink the water that brings a curse and causes bitter suffering, it will enter her, her abdomen will swell and her womb will miscarry, and she will become a curse.” — Numbers 5:23-28 (NIV)
And the Bible doesn’t consider an induced miscarriage murder, even when it was caused by a beating. In fact, it is treated only as a property crime: “When people who are fighting injure a pregnant woman so that she has a miscarriage but no other injury occurs, then the guilty party will be fined what the woman’s husband demands, as negotiated with the judges.” — Exodus 21:22 (CEB).
You really ought to try READING the book you claim to believe in. Stop acting like a sheep and start thinking for yourself.

If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck….
I’ll readily agree on Democrat support of late-term abortion as sufficient ground to label them a party of baby killers. I realize of course that in politics there are many trade-offs, but it is the Democrat party itself which insists that support of (late-term) abortion is the true yardstick by which they measure themselves and their allies.
Hence, while acknowledging that the Republicans are far from perfect, they are the best that is on offer. As for president Trump, he is shaping up to be the best since president Reagan.

“If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck….”
— If it acts like a fascist and talks like a fascist, then it’s probably a fascist!
— If it acts like an adulterer and talks like an adulterer, then it’s probably an adulterer!
— If it acts like a perjurer and talks like a perjurer, then it’s probably a perjurer!
And on, and on, and….
“it is the Democrat party itself which insists that support of (late-term) abortion is the true yardstick by which they measure themselves and their allies.”
That’s another lie, Freddo. Why do you keep ignoring what the Bible says about bearing false witness?

I found the Latin version of the Rules and Chap 4 has alot of little snippets of advice that can apply to social media:
Here’s one of them:
Præcepta Dei factis cotidie adimplere. Castitatem amare. Nullum odire. Zelum non habere. Invidiam non exercere. Contentionem non amare. Elationem fugere.
Fulfill the Lord’s precepts daily. Love chastely, hate nothing, don’t be fanatical. Don’t be jealous. Don’t love contention. Flee from praise.

So is Bible expert Contrarius next going to quote the Old Testament defenses of slavery? Oh, no, because he’s more woke than that. Too bad he can’t also be on the right side of history in defending the unborn.

“Too bad he can’t also be on the right side of history in defending the unborn.”
Please quote any Bible passage, NT or OT, that equates pre-viability abortion with murder.
Any at all.
I’ll be waiting.
(And I’m a she. Got two fully functional X chromosomes and everything. But don’t worry about that — I get that “he” thing all the time!)
