A lot of times it may seem hopeless to keep beating the same drum, trying to get different results, but situations can change at any time, seem almost random (or insurmountably happen) and your patience and persistence will pay off.
I’ve had a friend who’s a long-time atheist, intelligent, and only receptive to Christianity in that it’s provided a good framework for civilization for the last thousand years.
Trials and tribulations came into this person’s life, of which I won’t go into to protect anonymity. But despite those, my friend asked for prayer, hoping for any kind of miracle in the situation which desperately needed one.
A miracle happened, but it was temporary, the situation getting much worse after it seemed to resolve itself.
I thought to myself, surely this is going to crush any potential faith my friend may have had.
But it did quite the opposite–and this is where God’s real miracle transpired.
As of now, my friend is looking for churches to join, trying to ensure their family is rooted in the faith in their community. Not only will it impact this one person’s life, but the life of those around them.
Keep at it. Keep your friends in your prayers. Keep talking up the faith and how it’s changed you and others. Keep inviting them to join you.
We have overwhelming pressure in the world to stop, telling us it’s “impolite” but the best thing we can do is be vocal about Christianity in public and never stop vocalizing the good news. You never know what will happen, but if people never hear of God’s grace, it will be all the more difficult for them to experience it.
Proclaim His kingdom today and every day. Hallelujah.

God’s foolishness is wiser than man’s wisdom.
