I walked through what used to be Nashville’s main train station back in the early 1900s. The building was giant, constructed like a gothic church with the most elegant of designs. It took real craftsmanship which can be seen from the outside:
Just imagining workers putting care and craftsmanship like this today is almost unheard of, and you go inside and the view gets even more stunning, a true work of art:
We had something amazing in America. Lightning in a bottle. The top notch of work, the top shelf of culture, all of this done without the aid of modern machinery.
Which means man can do anything if we put our minds to it and genuinely push the work forward. This is why I dedicate all I do to restoring culture, even though it’s such a niche segment of a market folk care about. It needs to be done. We should have beautiful works of art like this building again. I’ll start with books and comics and see where it goes.
