It’s something we already know. When your philosophy is “everything is a deadly hate crime” and “words are literally violence” you’re never going to be able to come up with anything funny. They are devoid of humor because they’re outraged and angry about everything.
It’s pretty simple, even though Will Sloan goes into a very long and unfunny diatribe about it on Current Affairs. You can’t have comedy when you’re explaining comedy. You can’t laugh when you’re mad. You can’t have memes that are walls of text trying to “educate” about a situation.
Unfortunately, they’ll never learn because it’s in their base nature.
All we can do is make fun of them.
