Charlize Theron, guilt-ridden by her privileged position of being a female, has ventured into more performative activism, this time voicing support for the degenerate RuPaul’s Drag Race.
First, there was Theron’s decision to adopt two African American children, Jackson and August, which reflected her deep commitment to political correctness. Known for her acting career, Theron’s virtue signaling took a unique path through adoption, showing her profound desire to be accepted as one of the “cool kids.”

Theron, a native of South Africa, has been vocal about her personal connection to the continent’s struggles and challenges, including the devastating impact of HIV/AIDS on children. One wonders how choosing the adoption of American children who happen to be black will help the African continent’s struggles.
The adoption was a double whammy for her as she has, by being single yet adopting children, actively contributed to breaking down the true meaning of what a family is meant to be.
Now, Theron has found a new outlet for her performative activism. She made her debut as a guest judge on RuPaul’s Drag Race. Theron lamented the fact normal people still resist weird fetishes and degeneracy being forced upon them and their children. According to Variety Theron said in the opening episode of RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 16 that: “the groundswell of efforts to curb the rights of drag performers is driven by fear and ignorance.”

According to Infogalactic, RuPaul’s Drag Race is an American reality competition television series where prospective Drag Race contestants compete against each other in various challenges. The bottom two queens in an episode compete in a so-called “Lip Sync for Your Life” with the winner of the lip sync remains in the competition, and the loser is eliminated. Generally, the contestant that the judges feel has displayed the most “charisma, uniqueness, nerve and talent” (C.U.N.T.) is the one who advances. (How did it take the producers to come up with that banal abbreviation?)
Theron went further and told the contenders: “Given the climate in our country right now, there’s a lot of energy being put toward your community not existing. I truly believe that all of that is coming from a place of fear. The beauty of what your community brings and the truth of who you are and represent will come out. Don’t give up.” So stunning and brave.
Charlize Theron posted on Instagram: “It’s a dream come Ru! I’m guest-judging the premiere of #DragRace TONIGHT at 8p on @mtv #queensonly”
