One thing Marvel Comics is doing right is releasing its entire catalog in the form of the Marvel Epic Collection. These Epic Collections consist of books printed or currently controlled licenses of Marvel Comics (including those originally published by Dark Horse Comics), allowing readers to experience the great back catalog of everything the company’s done, from what Stan Lee created to the early 2000s before Marvel lost all semblance of continuity and rebooted their books too many times during countless events.
YouTuber Near Mint Condition does a podcast unveiling the new epic collections each quarter and recently did a video of the Marvel Epic Collections for Q3 2024 releases. While he also covers announced reprints of older epic collections and a new line called Modern Era Epic Collection, which covers the newer titles, here’s what he announced from the classic Marvel era.

2. Incredible Hulk, Vol 15: Ground Zero
3. Namor The Sub-Mariner, Vol. 4: Titans Three
4. Venom, Vol. 7: The Hunger

While there are a number of great books to choose from in this Near Mint Condtion announcement, Fandom Pulse recommends Incredible Hulk, Vol. 15: Ground Zero, Fantastic Four, Vol. 10, Counter-Earth, and Moon Knight: The Trial of Marc Spector as our top pics from this Marvel Epic Collection lot.
Those eras offer some of the best of comics as the Fantastic Four leaps into the bronze age, the Hulk goes grey with Peter David writing, and Moon Knight goes into high action continuing Chuck Dixon’s fan-favorite run for some of the best in Marvel Comics.
