Feminists have been foaming at the mouth with Ryan Gosling getting an Oscar nomination for his portrayal of Ken in the Barbie movie while Margot Robbie and director Greta Gerwig were snubbed. This is after Billie Eilish’s fans had a meltdown over I’m Just Ken winning the Critics Choice Awards for best song. Now, with Gosling being nominated for an Academy Award, the woke brigade is apoplectic because Ken’s (Ryan Gosling) success overshadows the movie’s intent to be a feminist flagpole. They argue that Ryan Gosling’s success denies them a feminist victory of a movie created by and for women. It even got Hillary Clinton chiming in to try to get clout from the situation.
Now, in a move clearly designed to save his career in woke Hollywood, either Ryan Gosling himself or his PR team, have cucked and released a statement intended to appease these outraged feminists.

Ryan Gosling’s full statement:
“I am extremely honored to be nominated by my colleagues alongside such remarkable artists in a year of so many great films. And I never thought I’d being saying this, but I’m also incredibly honored and proud that it’s for portraying a plastic doll named Ken.
But there is no Ken without Barbie, and there is no Barbie movie without Greta Gerwig and Margot Robbie, the two people most responsible for this history-making, globally-celebrated film.
No recognition would be possible for anyone on the film without their talent, grit and genius.
To say that I’m disappointed that they are not nominated in their respective categories would be an understatement.
Against all odds, with nothing but a couple of soulless, scantily clad, and thankfully crotchless dolls, they made us laugh, they broke our hearts, they pushed the culture, and they made history. Their work should be recognized along with the other very deserving nominees.
Having said that, I am so happy for America Ferrera and the other incredible artists who contributed their talents to making this such a groundbreaking film.”
Author, comic book creator and YouTuber Jon Del Arroz rightfully mocked Ryan Gosling’s weasel move.
Barbie is such a sensitive and controversial spot for feminists that former loser and presidential runner-up Hillary Clinton jumped on the bandwagon. Hillary is clearly seeking to get back in the spotlight as she’s descended into irrelevance since losing to President Donald Trump, hoping Greta Gerwig and Margot Robbie would bestow her some clout.
Hillary Clinton tweeted: “Greta & Margot, While it can sting to win the box office but not take home the gold, your millions of fans love you. You’re both so much more than Kenough. #HillaryBarbie”
Perhaps Hillary Clinton, or better known as Killary Clinton wants to take another shot at running for office, who knows?
