Aaron Taylor-Johnson’s journey to potential Bond-dom began in 2010 with his breakout role in “Kick-Ass,” where he showcased his charisma and action chops as the titular character. His subsequent portrayal of Quicksilver in the Marvel Cinematic Universe further solidified his status as a rising star in Hollywood, demonstrating his ability to embody complex and compelling characters on the big screen.
Eon Productions, the studio behind the Bond films, is said to be eagerly awaiting Taylor-Johnson’s response to the offer, with preparations already underway for the announcement of his casting. If he accepts the role, he will be stepping into the iconic shoes of 007, a character immortalized by actors such as Sean Connery, Roger Moore, and Daniel Craig.
The prospect of Aaron Taylor-Johnson taking on the role of James Bond has sparked excitement among fans and industry insiders alike. Many were worried that they were going to replace the character with a minority woman as they have done in so many other recent series. Bookmakers have already adjusted the odds in Aaron Taylor-Johnson’s favor, making him the favorite to land the coveted 007 role. However, Aaron Taylor-Johnson remains humble and appreciative of the speculation surrounding his potential casting, viewing it as a great compliment to his acting abilities.

Don’t really care. I haven’t liked a Bond film since Goldeneye, and still haven’t managed to sit through a while Daniel Craig Bond movie.
The only way I’d watch the new one is if they went back to Bond’s roots, and set it in 1950’s Cold War Europe, with accurate demographics, and made it more of a proper spy movie instead of action.
And we all know that’s never going to happen.

Bad choice, looks too youthful. Bond needs to look more rugged.

Don’t Care, Sean Connery was the definitive James Bond in my Book. Time to retire him.
