Chloe Cole directly confronted Disney and Bob Iger with a proposal at Wednesday’s shareholders’ meeting, warning that lawsuits are coming. Disney faced criticism from Chloe Cole at Wednesday’s shareholder meeting over its stance on “transgender” employment practices. Both Do No Harm, an organization dedicated to combating DEI trends in medicine, and the National Legal and Policy Center (NLPC), an investor in Disney, accused Disney (currently under Bob Iger’s leadership) of discrimination against “de-transitioning” employees seeking reconstructive care after enduring medical butchery.

NLPC’s scathing video released ahead of the annual meeting explicitly accused Disney of bias, claiming the company paid for gender-transition treatments but neglected de-transitioning care, effectively discriminating based on gender identity. Chloe Cole, herself a “de-transitioner” who had undergone profound medical intervention and procedures from as young as 12 years old, called out Bob Iger and Disney pushing gender ideology that deceived and physically harmed young children, as it did to Chloe Cole.

Chloe Cole posted a video on X of her telephonic statement to the shareholders meeting: “Good morning, I’m Chloe Cole, patient advocate for Do No Harm, a group that seeks accountability in the medical profession. I’m presenting proposal number seven to have report on gender transitioning compensation and benefits sponsored by National Legal And Policy Centre. Disney pays for gender transitioning interventions, but NOT de-transitioning care. Therefore the company discriminates based on gender identity under EEOC regulations. I speak from personal experience as someone who was deceived and physically harmed at a young age by gender ideology, validated by the medical industry and pushed to the masses by corporations like Disney,. Influenced by modern media and social networks, I began a transition to male at age 12.
“At age 16, after practitioners that I trusted encouraged me to take puberty blockers and did a double mastectomy, I tried to come back to reality, but it was too late. My body has been irreversibly damaged, and years later my chest is still in bandages. My doctors have abandoned me. New doctors look and shrug. As a result I’m suing those professionals who steered me into taking these destructive steps that have permanently scarred me. But Disney, in its arrogance, has responded to our proposal by stating that I’m only trying to generate attention for a limited agenda. Mr Iger, Disney under your watch, is pushing the limited agenda of gender ideology. Disney has become the Ursula of stealing the voices of thousands of little Ariels across the world by telling us that we can be something that we can never become. The lawsuits are coming sir, its only a matter of time before current or past employees whose bodies and lives have been irreversibly harmed will show up at your door and looking for justice and restitution. Please vote for proposal number seven.”

Chloe Cole previously stated, “Disney acted as if people like me didn’t exist,” vowing to ensure the board and CEO Bob Iger confronted the destructive consequences of their policies. NLPC’s Paul Chesser lambasted Disney’s pride in its perfect Corporate Equality Index score, citing it as evidence of a systemic problem in woke corporate culture. He called upon Disney to lead the charge in providing equal care for those who suffered physical harm and discrimination due to misguided policies.
The proposal put forth by NLPC prompted Disney to issue a report by the end of 2024, aiming to explain the compensation gap within its supposedly inclusive framework. NLPC’s advocacy extended beyond the shareholder meeting, filing a comprehensive white paper with the SEC, outlining instances of discrimination against “de-transitioners” and garnering significant attention.
