I found this video of Steve Ditko speaking as to what a hero is and should be, on ideals and truth, and how important those ideals are to story.
I’d never heard Ditko’s voice before, and though he’s obviously not an orator or salesman like Stan Lee while reading this script, his ideas are what’s important here, and they hold so much more value than I’ve heard from almost anyone in comics:
