X Users React To Ben Shapiro Lambasting Star Wars’ Kathleen Kennedy As “The Worst Entertainment Executive Of My Lifetime”

January 5, 2024 by Drake Tungsten 1 Comment

Ben Shapiro looking irritated standing at a podium.

Conservative commentator and chickenhawk Ben Shapiro is allegedly known for “destroying” liberals with one tweet, but is perhaps better known for being short and annoying, especially to liberals. He has commented on X that “Kathleen Kennedy is legitimately the worst entertainment executive of my lifetime” on a Fox News report “New Star Wars director says ‘it’s about time’ a woman shapes the franchise”

The article on which he commented states that “The director of the upcoming Star Wars project was touted as the ‘first woman and the first person of color to direct a Star Wars film.'”

Star Wars has already been shaped into the ground by Kathleen Kennedy, yet they continue to invent new meaningless firsts as if a woman hasn’t already shaped the franchise. There has already been a female woman of color who’s directed the Disney+ shows. In addition, Kathleen Kennedy took over Lucasfilm when George Lucas sold it off to Disney, and it’s been a trainwreck ever since.

Ben Shapiro’s commenting on the state of Star Wars under Kathleen Kennedy and the future of the Jedi Order film sparked quite a controversy across the internet. His tweet quickly went viral, and hundreds of quote tweets and comments popped up, both in support and in mockery of Ben Shapiro, even though what he said in this case is something nearly unanimously agreed upon by fans.

Cody Johnston points out the irony of Ben Shapiro’s statement, given his cringe take on the Rise of Skywalker:

Science fiction author Jon Del Arroz, while stating that he is not a fan of Ben Shapiro, supports Shapiro’s opinion on Kathleen Kennedy in a recent video, stating that Disney has gone downhill since she’s gained responsibility:

Meanwhile, X user Trekkie Bill wishes for Ben Shapiro’s death in a crazy disproportional response to some criticism he heard on the internet.

Another X user Thembo says: “She produced Jurassic Park and The Goonies. You couldn’t even produce arousal in your wife,” as if that has some bearing on Kathleen Kennedy.

Jesse Hawken laments that Ben Shapiro is “too short to play an Ewok.”

That one was more tongue-in-cheek humor than the others, providing a good laugh for Star Wars fans.

How bad do you think Kathleen Kennedy sucks? Do you agree with Ben Shapiro on Star Wars? Don’t David Carradine yourself. Leave a comment below!

I hope Kathleen Kennedy keeps shooting and reshooting and reshooting and reshooting expensive films at Disney until Disney runs out of money and is razed and turned into retirement homes.
