The Florida Joker has officially dropped his threats of a lawsuit against Rockstar after the developer allegedly used his likeness in their trailer for GTA 6. Now he’s begging to be able to voice the character allegedly based on him in the game.

Allegedly…

Florida Joker has given up trying to sue Rockstar over #GTA6

Roughly 2 months ago, the trailer for the long-awaited Grand Theft Auto 6 dropped, showing the game would take place in Florida. And many were quick to point out that Rockstar had seemingly recreated viral moments out of Florida for their game. And that’s where the gentleman known as the Florida Joker would start his crusade to get paid by Rockstar.

A crusade that would end in just 2 months in which Florida Joker would take no action and seemingly give up after the GTA 6 developer remained silent.

In a short video, Florida Joker would complain that it’s been “2 months, 2 whole months” as Rockstar still hadn’t tried to contact him to resolve the matter. He then went on to beg them to cast him as a voice actor for the character in the trailer, pay him a modest fee of $50,000 to $100,000, and let him promote the game and be invited to all of the events.

According to Florida Joker the only reason why the game is even popular is because of him after all, so paying him money is only fair. Obviously, the man seems to have forgotten that GTA is one of the largest gaming franchises right now and GTA 6 is driving gamers crazy with the wait for its release.

As of the writing of this article, it’s not even known if there is a character in the game based on the one shown in the trailer. So, the request might not even be possible, but even if it was, it’s better for Rockstar to simply ignore Florida Joker as he appears to be far, far more trouble than any worth collaborating with him could be.

Either way, it’s just another reason why Florida was probably the best location to pick for the next GTA 6! Are you excited for Rockstar’s latest release? Or do you think Florida Joker deserves to get paid for all of his shenanigans? Leave a comment to let people know!
