The ongoing censorship controversy surrounding Stellar Blade has boiled down to a stark confrontation between cultural Marxist and liberal Ethan Gach from Kotaku and Mark Kern, a prominent figure in the gaming community. Mark Kern criticised the leftist bias, hypocrisy, and cultural Marxist influence in the gaming industry, which in turn incited a vehement backlash from game journalists, among others from Kotaku. Kotaku’s Ethan Gach lashed out with a poorly researched hit piece on Mark Kern condescendingly titled “The Stellar Blade ‘Censorship’ Circus Explained.” YouTuber and gamer, Lady Decade covered the intensifying culture war in her latest YouTube video.

Lady Decade pointed out how, in response to Mark Kern’s outspoken stance which stance represents the majority of gamers, liberal journalists at Kotaku, IGN and Gamespot have resorted to slanderous hit pieces, attempting to discredit him and his viewpoints, and by extension the viewpoints of the majority of gamers. Lady Decade highlights that this hostile reaction underscores the deep ideological division between gaming journalists who are solely concerned with progressive propaganda and forced DEI in games on the one hand, and gamers who just want good games on the other. Mark Kern’s criticisms is striking a nerve among those who align with leftist ideologues.

In his slanderous hit piece Kotaku’s Ethan Gach writes: “Former Blizzard developer turned online angry gamer grifter, Mark Kern, recently posted a Change.org petition calling for altered content from a previous version of Stellar Blade to be restored by developer Shift Up.” Lady Decade points out that grifter is the left’s new literally Hitler insult for anyone they don’t agree with. Lady Decade also highlights the fact that Kotaku, IGN and Gamespot journalist and their ilk are purposefully missing the point that gamers are making, and instead focus on framing those gamers who were exited about Stellar Blade as uncensored experience as the lowest dregs of society. In so doing Lady Decade rightfully states that this proves it is a culture war. IGN and Kotaku hit pieces are one sided and extremely hollow, and these one sided biased takes has the clear intention to discredit people.

Highlighting the left’s history of low effort takes, unsubstantiated claims, false equivalences, and looking for misery and harm where there is none, Lady Decade referenced Gamespot editor Jessica Cogswell’s (@awildjessichu) recent posts on X, one of which read: “This is the most unhinged behavior I’ve seen in quite some time, and I have a two year old.”

If Gamespot editor Jessica Cogswell was really concerned about unhinged behaviour, she should have done a hit piece on the lunatic leftists who put a bounty on Mark Kern’s head. The whole Stellar Blade censorship controversy took a serious turn when Kern received death threats, highlighting the toxic environment created by woke ideologues. The targeting of Kern reflects a broader trend of woke online harassment and intimidation faced by gamers who challenge prevailing progressive narratives within the gaming industry. Of course neither Jessica Cogswell from Gamespot, nor Ethan Gach from Kotaku will call out this truly unhinged behaviour from the woke mob.

Ultimately, the Stellar Blade censorship controversy has become emblematic of the broader culture war playing out within the gaming community. Kern’s experiences serve as a stark reminder of the threats and challenges faced by those who dare to challenge prevailing woke ideologies and advocate for greater transparency and accountability within the industry.

Considering that Jessica Cogswell from Gamespot is pierced, tatted and overweight, and Ethan Gach from Kotaku has a pasty white soy-face, perhaps they should both take it easy with the insults against gamers.

Let us know in the comments what you think about the lunatic left’s unhinged behaviour.

If Cogswell believes that this is the most unhinged behavior she has ever seen, she must not own a mirror.
Looking at her, it wouldn’t surprise me, since most of this wokeness is driven by unattractive women desperate to increase their own sexual market value by trying to make people think that beautiful is ugly and ugly, beautiful.

Gaslighting on an epic scale to try and increase their own perceived value… Can you expect anything different from insane women? There is a reason they so often attack the Snow White mythos… because every one of them considers the wicked queen to be their empathic equal and the true hero of the story.
